The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and two (2) years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Able to set effective priorities and implement decisions to achieve immediate goals & excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Shift: 1st and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Microsoft Office
- Non-conformance events and complaint resolution with operating units.
- Good Manufacturing Practices and following procedures for quality compliance.
- The identification, implementation, and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Documentation, data gathering, and problem-solving for quality issues.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Conducts validation processes for quality IT systems, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and proper documentation.
- Coordinates with clients, developers, and operational teams across domestic and global locations to support validation efforts.
- Identifies compliance requirements and recommends procedures and documentation strategies to meet regulatory standards.
- Provides regular reports on validation activities to satisfy regulatory obligations
- Manages system administration and configuration tasks for quality-related IT systems.
